Describe your teaching style:

I like to offer a path of personal expression within traditional asana. Fluid movement that invites exploration and personal growth as we are guided by breath and inward focus. And meditation, always. 

I am passionate about helping others discover yoga within their own bodies, thus unlocking all the beautiful things that our practice does for the mind. 

What’s your favorite thing about teaching Yoga?

I love being a gateway to the splendor of what a yoga practice can do to enhance everyday life. Yoga taught me to love myself on the highest level, so I love being a part of that for others. 

Tell us about your Ohana (family):

I am a single mommy to two goddesses, Jayme (age 9) and Lilith (age 14). They are my life, and I am so grateful to be their momma. They teach me so much. I am closest to my mommy, who lives in Manvel, and my best friend Tianna is my god given sister. 

Favorite place you’ve traveled to?

Aruba. Cannot wait to go back!

What’s your favorite nature spot?

The forest

Interests outside Yoga:

I love concerts, reading, and taking hot baths. I don't watch television, but movies are great! 

How do you define living your life to the fullest everyday?

I live my life to the fullest by allowing myself to be in each moment as I go through each day. Each moment that passes has something to teach us, whether we choose to learn from it (or not) is up to us. Even the not so great moments hold lessons that can help us grow!
