What’s your favorite thing about teaching Yoga? Being part of a community.
Tell us about your Ohana (family): I have two girls that keep me on my toes as well as my little sister that lives with me. I still have friends and family back in the UK that I miss very much.
Favorite place you’ve traveled to? Anywhere with a beach. I've been to Greece, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Florida, France.
What’s your favorite nature spot? The beach. The salty air and the sound of the waves with sand beneath me calms me.
Interests outside Yoga: Fitness - I am also Les Mills Bodypump Certified, Spin Certified, Barre Certified and in the process of getting my Personal Training Certification. I also am a huge Comicon nerd and bookworm.
How do you define living your life to the fullest everyday? By being honest with myself and others, acknowledging what my body and mind needs, and also the people around me. By being of service in my day job in healthcare and my yoga job.
