Describe your teaching style: I enjoy creating funky and intricate sequences that focus on logic, fluidity, focus, strength, and balance.
What’s your favorite thing about teaching Yoga? I enjoy getting others hooked on Yoga and helping them discover a whole new world!
Tell us about your Ohana (family): My husband, Bevan, (also a certified yoga instructor) and I have a teacup Yorkie named Charlie Tango. We also consider a handful of friends and the larger slacklining community our family!
Favorite place you’ve traveled to? Rishikesh, India
What’s your favorite nature spot? Bevan and I frequently go to Pace Bend, in Austin for a dose of nature.
Interests outside Yoga: Slacklining, Aerial silks, Camping, Reading, Writing, and Traveling.
How do you define living your life to the fullest everyday? Less is more. Making sure I accomplish the few things that are important to me and my family and not letting everything around me distract me from the things I consider essential and necessary for our happiness!
